It started out with  a $4 table from Salvation Army.  It grew to $44 at Lowe’s for wood and $16.00 at Wal-mart for paint and nails.  I think it was worth it.  I love how it turned out.

Market/Lemonade Stand


Hmmmm…my neighbor decided to chop wood at 5am so my creative juices started flowing very early.  Wouldn’t it be fun to make a play market (store) / Lemonade stand?  We already have everything for it…  I even have a white little table I could use that I got at Salvation Army….

Kitchen Inspiration


This is the magazine spread that inspired Ben and I for our new kitchen.  We love the fact that we can have alternating height cabinets due to the tall Cathederal Ceiling.  We love the open space above the cooktop.  We slpurged on the 36 in. cooktop and double oven because we know its the kitchen that sells the house!
